- Enterprise: Branded voices, custom announcement scripts, higher volumes, SAML authentication for unlimited logins, and options for dedicated infrastructure.
All plans use per-organization licensing rather than per-user, making budgeting straightforward.
Please note: an 'Organization' means the entity signed up with EasyAnnounce for use by its own employees. If partner organizations in your operating environment also need to use EasyAnnounce with your PA system, please reach out.

If you upgrade, you'll be charged the difference between your current plan and the new one for this month's billing cycle. If you downgrade or cancel, the downgrade or cancellation will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing cycle.

You can start using our system immediately after signing up.If you want to upgrade to Enterprise, we suggest you reach out first to arrange a call to discuss exact requirements to ensure expected service. Depending on your request there may be some planning and collaboration with your tech team to provide the service you want.
Pro and Enterprise plans support overage billing, which allows continued access beyond your monthly limit. If overage billing is not enabled in your admin console, usage will be capped at your plan's monthly limit.
